Information We Gather
Visitors can use the OutFront Minnesota web site without revealing
any personal information. OutFront Minnesota does not collect personal
information without the consent of visitors. One only needs to provide
personal information via our web site (e.g., name, billing address,
credit card number, e-mail address) for specific purposes such as
processing a donation or event registration, correspondence with staff
members, subscribing to a newsletter, etc. Certain services provided via
our web site, such as reporting a hate crime, can be accessed
anonymously. Whenever you provide personal information, we use a secure
server and encryption to protect all of this information during
transmission.
Information on Children: OutFront Minnesota does not specifically ask
children under 18 for any information and does not knowingly collect
personally identifiable information from them.
Use of Cookies
OutFront Minnesota does not use cookies to track visitors on our web
site from session to session. We do collect aggregate traffic data to
analyze trends and to help us improve our web site. This data is not
traceable to personal data from site visitors.
What We Do With Information We Gather
Personal information from members, donors, site visitors, etc. sent
to OutFront Minnesota via our web site is used for OutFront Minnesota
programs and services. OutFront Minnesota does not sell or lend mailing
lists or other personal information to third-parties for commercial
purposes.
E-Mail Communications
Correspondence from OutFront Minnesota staff members is clearly
identified as originating from us. All e-mail from OutFront Minnesota
staff members includes full contact information: name of the
organization, name of the sender and/or program, mailing address, phone
and fax number, reply e-mail address, and web site address.
All action alerts, legislative updates, newsletters, etc. to any
e-mail subscription list (e.g., the Citizen Q Network public policy
list) also include a simple opt-out mechanism.
Opt-Out Policy
You can at any time discontinue your relationship with OutFront
Minnesota. If you would like to discontinue your relationship or part of
your relationship with OutFront Minnesota, you may contact us at to be removed from future e-mail communications. You may also
unsubscribe or make a change in your e-mail address by sending an e-mail
message to the same address. You can always contact us by

Merchandise Purchase Tax & Shipping
We do not currently offer merchandise through an online store.
Donation Inquiries/Registration Refunds
If you have any questions or concerns about your online donation,
please contact us within thirty days of your gift. Inquiries must be
made in writing to "Gift Inquiry, OutFront Minnesota, 310 E 38th St.,
Suite 204, Minneapolis, MN 55409", or by e-mail addressed to with the subject line "Gift Inquiry." Your request must fully identify
you, the mailing address you used when making the donation, and include
the amount and date of your online gift. Pledges you make for future
gifts or future payments may be cancelled at any time. It is OutFront
Minnesota's policy to provide full refunds for any training, workshop,
or other special event offered by OutFront Minnesota that we have
cancelled.
